Knutsford-based Delamere Dairy scooped 22 awards – including The Coombe Castle International Trophy for Best Cheese for Export – at the International Cheese & Dairy Awards (ICDAs) with its range of speciality dairy products.
The ICDAs took place on June 30th and with more than 4,500 competing entries, Delamere collected –
10 Gold Awards for its whole and semi-skimmed goats’ milks, strawberry goats’ yogurt, spreadable goats’ butter, its chocolate flavoured cows’ milk as well as a range of its multi award-winning goats’ cheeses.
6 Silver Awards, including two for its newly reformulated spreadable goats’ cheese in the ‘Best UK Soft Vegetarian Cheese’ and ‘Best Goats’ Cheese’ (other than hard pressed and mould ripened) categories.
6 Bronze Awards for Delamere’s goat’s cheeses, yogurts and strawberry flavoured cows’ milk.
