ACTOR TRIBE provides a series of weekly Saturday workshops run by professional actors Lee Boardman (Great Night Out, ROME) and Jennifer James (Coronation St, Dalziel & Pascoe) who have created a nurturing environment for people of ALL AGES and ability levels.

Whether you want to perform just for fun; to increase your confidence or to enter the professional world, ACTOR TRIBE is the perfect place to develop your skills.
Students study improvisation, characterisation, script work, audition technique, acting for camera and all other areas of acting. We also provide a unique platform of opportunities through master classes led by actors, directors and writers working at the top end of the industry.

ACTOR TRIBE has just celebrated a hugely successful inaugural year. Students had unparalleled access via these master classes to industry figures such as actress Suranne Jones (Scott & Bailey, Dr. Who), Sally Lindsay (Mount Pleasant, The Royle Family), BAFTA nominated director Paul Norton Walker (Shameless, Hetty Feather) and writer Anne-Marie O’Connor (creator of Sky One’s Trollied).

As we enter our second year, we look forward to further developing our students’ skill sets and take pride in witnessing their huge advances. ACT ONE: 7-11yrs (up to year 6) ACT TWO: 11-15yrs (year 7 upwards) ACT THREE: 16 – Adult (no upper age limit)
