Business is blooming in Knutsford

Independent business owners in Knutsford are working together to ensure the town gains maximum benefit from the RHS Tatton Show’s huge visitor numbers.

Around thirty-five town centre business have really brightened up the high streets after investing in a superb array of floral displays aimed at attracting visitors and exhibitors to spend some time exploring, and sampling, all the town and its businesses have to offer.

The initiative was launched by Peter Murray, proprietor of Pulse of Perfumery, located on Princess Street. “I have been championing the local businesses to do something for our locals and visitors to give them a reason to come in to the town whilst the show is on.”

The judges of RHS will be in Knutsford to judge and will hand out various awards which will be presented by the President of the RHS.

Peter is pleased with the support he has received from his fellow independent business owners “I have worked relentlessly to encourage the businesses to embrace the show and have managed to get 35 businesses dressing their shops and the town is looking amazing.”
