Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co is pleased to announce the recent sale of Frodsham Happy Bunnies.
Located in Frodsham, Cheshire, this day care nursery has an effective operating capacity for 85 children and has been sold on a leasehold basis to expanding childcare provider, Kids Planet Limited.
The property comprises a detached, two-storey, former pub conversion set within private grounds. The owners designed and built the nursery themselves, creating a spacious and ideal learning environment for children of all ages both indoor and out.
Previous owner, Susan Hammonds established the business in 2012, growing it organically and building a strong local reputation for providing quality childcare for the large numbers of children at the popular setting. After taking the difficult decision to retire from the industry, Susan approached Christie & Co to manage the sales process from the start through to completion.
