Knutsford’s interior and design shops are busy getting ready for their first interior shopping experience.
The event, taking place on Saturday September 18, is a collaborative project by the growing number of home and interior shops and businesses in the town and will offer shoppers inspiration, advice, and ideas.
The day’s programme is full of interesting talks, presentations, one-off offers and in some cases fizz and goody bags.
Those taking part include Arthur Lee, Deliveroot, Design Equals, Detaljer, Holly Johnson Antiques, Not a Box, Oka, Serenity Designs, Sofas and Stuff, Suzy Watson Designs, and Terzetto.
Town centre and marketing manager, Sandra Curties, said: “The programme for the day is really interesting. You can pick up advice regarding the use of paint in updating your home, fabric mood board inspiration, the use of houseplants to choosing the best glass for your wine!”
Matthew Cook of Terzetto Stone said: “We are delighted to be taking part, and love the collaboration with other interiors-themed shops. We are focusing on tile trends and will be offering two talks one at 11am and one at 3pm accompanied by drinks and nibbles. Tiles can really change the atmosphere in a room, and we are looking forward to sharing some tile inspiration!”
A full programme can be picked up at any participating shop or at Knutsford Library, The Curzon, Knutsford Railway Station, and other shops within the town centre.
Princess, Silk Mill and King Street car parks will be offering free parking from 10 am. There will not be any road closures in hosting this event.
