One of Cheshire’s premier golf clubs is undergoing significant changes this year. The latest development being the introduction of a new 9-hole summer course.
The new course opens in June 2014, just before the opening of the groundbreaking £800,000 Golf Academy.
It will provide golfers with a new challenge which can be completed during a lunch time or before or after work.
“We wanted to improve the facilities we offer to our members at High Legh Park Golf Club,” explained director of golf, Gavin Beddow “The new 9-hole course is an excellent addition and will encourage people to play more golf.
As well as the full 9-hole course we are in the process of building a 9-hole children’s course which will stay open all year round. This will be a great place for children to learn the basics before progressing on to the 9-hole and 18-hole courses.”
