Warrington-based pm Connections Ltd is celebrating 10 years in business after starting out in February 2005. The local business has been providing health and safety consultancy services to multiple industries across the UK including construction, utilities, food, engineering and more.Pictured above from left, managing director, Stuart McCreedy, company secretary Margaret McCreedy, health & safety advisor Darren Devaney and business administrator Steve Corwin.
After moving to new offices on Birchwood Park in 2012, pm Connections was able to provide a solid base for their IOSH and SPA training courses and client visits, enabling the business to establish themselves in the industry and expand even further.
Managing director, Stuart McCreedy, said: “I feel extremely proud to be celebrating ten successful years in business, and I couldn’t have done it without a strong team behind me. We’ve survived through the recession purely down to our reputation for making a positive difference to the businesses we work with.”
Accelerating growth over the years, pm Connections has strived to put new initiatives in place for the benefit of its clients. Such examples include the creation of a programme named K-SAW: Keep Safe & Well, on which Stuart and his team have created bespoke booklets as a value-added service.
The company is now focussing on its responsibility as regulated CDM Co-ordinators to assist clients (including small local businesses, through to global beverage companies) with the imminent changes to the CDM regulations 2007, due to take effect on 6th April 2015.
Stuart concluded: “It is going to be a busy time for us with the industry changes taking place, however with a strong ten years behind us, I’m looking forward to the years to come and growing the business even further.”
