The Neville Staple Band at Middlewich Fab Festival

Neville Staple is credited with changing the face of pop music, not only once, but twice. The Jamaican born singer who became famous with  The Specials and now with his own band The Neville Staple Band  since 2004.

Neville Staple Press Shot - Vic May PhotographyPete Waterman, wrote the foreword to Neville’s biography “Original Rude Boy” which tells of his involvement with the 1970’s Sound System Scene and childhood in Jamaica.  He has a very rich musical history including working for many years in the US with various bands and also with The Hitmen.  He wrote the soundtrack for the film, ‘Vampires Anonymous’ and extensive touring with the Hitmen.

The Neville Staple Band is playing Middlewich Fab Festival on Sunday June 21.
