Thorneycroft Solicitors are pleased to welcome Chris Bowen, their new, who joins the firm to head up its family law team.
Chris brings with him many years’ experience having qualified as a solicitor inManchesterin 1982. He began his qualified career in Buxton, subsequently practising for many years in Macclesfield before spending some time inWest Yorkshire.
He has now returned to the area and is a valuable addition to the team.
Chris has extensive experience in this field and is an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and a member of Resolution (Solicitors’ Family Law Association). He has also trained as a collaborative family lawyer and encourages his clients to deal with family disputes outside the court process.
Chris specialises in all areas of family law including divorce, matrimonial finance, disputes between cohabitees and disputes about children “Our aim is to provide practical advice and clear guidance to assist in the resolution of difficulties and problems arising from the breakdown of a relationship whether it involves a married couple, a cohabiting couple or people who have entered into civil partnerships.”
