Top independent local law firm, Dellapina Law Solicitors, is showing it cares by participating in ‘Will Aid’ this November.
The firm is offering the opportunity to have a simple Will professionally drawn up, and it will not be earning a penny.
To raise as much money as possible for the good causes, Dellapina Law will draw up basic Wills without charge, in the hope that clients will make a donation to the ‘Will Aid’ charities. Suggested donation levels are £90 for a single basic Will and £135 for a pair of Wills.
Money raised will be shared by nine of theUK’s best known charities, all of whom work to transform the lives of people in theUKand around the world: ActionAid, Age UK, British Red Cross, Christian Aid, NSPCC, Save the Children, Sightsavers, SCIAF (Scotland) and Trocaire (N. Ireland).
Making a Will is one of the most thoughtful and important things you can do to protect those you love. Yet it is surprising that fewer than half of people have made one. Most say they simply haven’t got around to it and yet it can take years to sort out someone’s estate if they die without a Will, leaving their nearest and dearest in great distress.
