Golfers who have successfully achieved a hole in one from all over the De Vere UK courses will go head to head in a par 3 challenge shoot out at Wychwood Park in Weston, Cheshire on Wednesday 10th April 2013.
The winner of the final par 3 challenge will get to travel to the USA and attend this year’s Augusta Masters which is being held on 8th-14th April.
Wychwood Park consists of a PGA European-tour standard golf course with magnificent views of the Cheshire countryside, an 18 hole championship course, driving range, pro shop and putting green.
Jonathan Farmer, head of golf at Wychwood said “Wychwood Park is in a prime location to hold the final competition, with direct routes to the M6 and fast rail links to Manchester, Birmingham and London. The golf course can also adapt a par 3 with a fantastic view from the clubhouse, ideal for the golfer’s family and supporters to spectate.”
Around 20 golfers have made it through to the final, and the chance to see a once in a lifetime tournament at the Augusta Masters.
The Augusta Masters are held annually in the US at the Augusta National Golf Course were the best players from across the country come to compete for the master’s tournament title.
